Martha's Ministry
(Ministry for Kasambahay) was formally established at PCJ when the first
assembly of its members was held last October 2, 2011 (Sunday) from 2:00 to 4:00
p.m. at the PCJ Sacred Heart Center. Allan and Vangie Tarroza are the couple
head of the new ministry.
The goal of the
ministry is to impart to our household help the proper catechism about our
faith, values formation and skills training (like cooking, flower arrangement,
soap making, etc.) that will upgrade the knowledge of the participants and will
be most beneficial to them.
The assembly for participants
are conducted on a semi-monthly basis, on a Sunday afternoon from 2:00 to 4:00
p.m. During the assembly, participants are given catechism class and
skills training and some time for bonding and fellowship.
